Why am I so passionate about my mission, my vision and my intentions
Mompreneur and visionary behind LRW Enterprise, is CEO, Branding Solutions Specialist and Designer, Lakeshia R. Williams also known as "The Brand Inspector". A native of San Francisco and now resident of Atlanta, her wide variety of life experiences and exposure to cultures around the world allow her to offer unique insight and assistance to female entrepreneurs. After over a decade of working in Corporate America and many years as a small business owner, her specialties include web & graphic design, brand design & development, workflow improvement, office space planning, procedures + guidelines development, establishing productivity solutions, administrative support, e-Commerce development and non-profit management.
Her background in business allows her to pass these skills on to fellow entrepreneurs. Through
her holistic approach she empowers on the go female professionals and small business owners to become functional, focused, and organized as they focus on growing the business of their dreams.
As a recently Certified Professional Organizer® she also provides productivity and organizing
consulting for clients as varied as teachers, beauticians, attorneys, physicians, non-profit
organizations, and small business owners. She conducts informative productivity and
organizing workshops for larger groups such as non-profits, schools, and businesses and is an
expert in teaching entrepreneurs how to establish operating procedures in their business that will allow them to continue operating even in the absence of the owner. She speaks on how organization and learning new ways of managing your time can lead to a profitable and stable business.
As a "Brand Inspector" she uses her vast array of skills and 18 years of experience to:
- discuss with you any existing barriers that is hindering your productivity and creating clutter within your business.
- create you a visually appealing brand to present to the public that can include: brand design, logo design, business card design, social media design, web design and more.
In November 2014, Lakeshia evolved LRW Enterprise, LLC. into a umbrella company that would house her many initiatives that involves supporting women. The first being Eleven26 Jewelry, which is a line of handmade one-of-a-kind jewelry.
In 2015, Project Eleven26 was established, which gives homeless women with children the training and entrepreneurial education they need from local community partners to simply monetize on the skills and talents they already possess. Along with the additional supportive programs of Design My Story, Fresh Start and Transitions, each play a vital role in supporting women to gain economic independence.
In 2016, Design My Story was created as a jewelry making therapeutic experience that strengthens and empowers female relationships.
In 2017, Eagles Nest Homeschool Resource Center was created out of a need that Lakeshia saw in her community of South Fulton, Georgia. There were no homeschool co-ops or programs that support homeschool families. She found herself talking with other parents who were looking for alternative education solutions, but had no clue where to start and felt overwhelmed the vast amount of information. Therefore, ENHRC provides parents with the tools, resources and knowledge they need to make informed educational decisions on behalf of their children.
