Transitions is a program that provides new home starter kits and house warming celebrations to homeless women with children who are moving into permanent housing. These women are moving out of the shelter system with very few possessions, and definitely do not have all the items they need to make a successful transition in a new home.

* Hand Towels

* Toilet Brush
* Bath Mat
* Shower Curtain & Hooks
* Lotion Pump
* Tissue Holder
* Toothbrush Holder

* Tumblr Jar
* Wastebasket
* Bath Rug

Livingroom Transition Kits are typically filled with items such as:
* Throw Pillows
* Wall Decor
* Candles
* Curtains

Kitchen Transition Kits are typically filled with items such as:

* Dustpan
* Mop
* Pots
* Pans
* Cooking Utensils

Asking for help takes a lot of courage, and we are here for you. Many women reach out to us for help but unfortunately not everyone will qualify for our programs. In order to be eligible for our programs, an individual must be a homeless woman and have custody of at least one child or is at least 4 months pregnant. You must also request a referral from your case manager.
